Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. All retainer fees are non-refundable, no exceptions. Need to cancel? Life happens! A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. Rescheduling is required 48 hours before your appointment. A one-time reschedule can be used with the same deposit, after that another retainer fee is required. Same day cancellations will be charged 50%, and no-shows will be charged 100%! Which will result in a clinical ban. Late policy is 10 minute grace period, after is $25 late fee. No extra guests or children due to a clinical environment. Financing? Funds must be approved before appointment. House calls addresses must be a safe location. Medical clearance and consents must be completed prior to appointment.
